Recently I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Anna Pawłowska, so I thought I would share my feelings with you. A very complicated case, i.e. on the one hand, two parallel court proceedings for payment of compulsory share, and on the other hand, a third party interested in purchasing real estate covered by the court case and additionally encumbered with compulsory mortgages.
