Scope of duties
- analysis of real estate offers in the Krakow market
- making phone calls to obtain real estate offers
- meetings with property owners
- preparation of real estate sales offers and input into CRM database
- receiving calls from potential buyers and entering them into the CRM database
- organization and conducting property presentations
- handling correspondence and negotiations
- preparation of documents necessary for transaction completion
- organization of sales agreement signing at a notary's office
- organization of property handover after sale
- updating offer and seeker databases according to company standards
- searching for offers for clients in search of properties
- participation in company trainings and meetings
- collaboration with other agents

- Support and mentoring from the owner of NOWAK ESTATE agency - Tomasz Nowak, who has 15 years of experience in real estate transactions, in daily activities.
- Support from the Office Manager in marketing, archiving, organizing promotional materials, arranging meetings with clients, issuing invoices to clients, and debt collection.

Our Requirements
